Join us for a special supper club experience at The Lemon.

This supper club will feature chef Hugo Mateo Heinz, exhibiting an open flame Patagonian style concept.

An intimate and carefully crafted wood-fired dinner will be paired with Natural Wines - Trapi and Voltur, from Patagonia and Colchagua Valley.

The winemakers will join to discuss their winemaking process throughout the evening.

Hugo Mateo Heinz is a Miami-based chef from Argentina with a wide range of culinary experiences. He has recently worked at Alter, Miami, Florida, focusing in molecular cooking; and Sweet Basil, Vail, Colorado. He is currently working for private events with Agustin Mallmann, primarily doing open flame cooking. Hugo Mateo is pursuing his degree in restaurant management and business administration. Cooking has been a life-long passion that drives his exploring of new techniques and learning about different world cultures.
