Join us on Friday, April 20, 2024, at OStudio in Brooklyn for a candlelit evening: Four-course Mexican-inspired dinner with Chef Annisha Marccel and Chef Hugo Heinz, accompanied by a  selection of fine wines, a special welcome drink and bites.

Originally from Tijuana, Mexico, Chef Annisha brings a wealth of experience from around the world to New York City. With a Bachelor in Culinary Arts and Service and a Diploma in Restaurant Management, she has honed her craft in diverse food scenes from Barcelona to Canada, and Argentina, before setting her roots in NYC’s fast-paced dining landscape. 

With more than 10 years of experience - her dynamic expertise in both culinary arts and management has seen her at the helm of esteemed establishments like the Michelin-starred Oxomo, Covina, Boqueria, and DIG. 

Her accomplishments have also been highlighted on The Food Network several times with appearances on Chopped and Kitchen Crash. (Humble brag - she won both shows).

Annisha currently works as a private chef for exclusive clients in NYC and the Hamptons.

Hugo Mateo Heinz is a chef based in New York, catering to prominent clientele in both NYC and the Hamptons. Originally from Argentina, Hugo brings to the table a unique culinary experience combining ingredients from around the world. His professional journey includes a significant tenure at Alter in Miami, Florida, where he  worked with chef Brad Kilgore and Jeff Maxfield to hone his skills in molecular gastronomy, and Sweet Basil in Vail, Colorado, known for its innovative cuisine. A key aspect of his culinary repertoire is his continued collaboration with Agustin Mallmann, specializing in private events that focus on the art of open flame cooking—a technique that he continues to master and evolve. Now, he is working as a private chef, catering events in the US and on his latest endeavor Milasburg. Hugo's commitment to his craft and his singular approach to creating dining experiences have established him as a highly sought-after chef in New York City and the Hamptons.

Sophia Kardonski, founder of The Love You, spent her formative years in Miami, FL, before living in London for 5 years. There, she honed her culinary expertise at Le Cordon Bleu, after graduating from Central Saint Martins. Upon her return to Miami in 2020, Sophia established The Love You, a sanctuary designed to cultivate genuine conversations and collaborative experiences. The Love You quickly became a cornerstone in Miami's burgeoning cultural scene, celebrated for its intimate dinners, exhibitions, and integrative culinary events. Sophia's background and innate knack for building connections has shaped her ability to foster meaningful experiences and create a magical, singular environment, be it within the walls of The Love You Gallery or through various pop-up engagements worldwide.

In partnership with Sophia, Chef Hugo Heinz co-launched a series of Open Fire Supper Clubs over two years ago. This initiative, born out of a shared vision and partnership, has not only showcased their collective culinary excellence but has also enjoyed significant success, propelling them to host private and public events in various locations.
