Join us for a special candlelit supper club experience at The Love You Gallery.
This supper club will feature chef Hugo Mateo Heinz, exhibiting an open flame Patagonian style concept.
An intimate and carefully crafted 3-course wood-fired dinner will be paired with a fine wine selection.
$100 per person.
is a Miami-based chef from Argentina with a wide range of culinary experiences. He has recently worked at Alter, Miami, Florida, focusing in molecular cooking; and Sweet Basil, Vail, Colorado. He is currently working with Agustin Mallmann for private events, primarily doing open flame cooking. Hugo Mateo is pursuing his degree in restaurant management and business administration.
